When we facilitate QHHT sessions, we are encouraged, if we need energetic help when things get a little sticky, to ask Dolores Cannon for help. It can be like, going inward and asking, what would Dolores do in this situation? And then you would listen for her voice and allow it to come through to ask the next appropriate question, in order to move a session forward.   We can also ask her for help in other situations, whenever it feels appropriate. Recently I asked for her help with this project I have been working on with Andreea and Ania. I imagined her sitting down talking, almost as if holding court for more than just myself, but, I started with personal questions, relating both to my current personal circumstances and my work. This is an interesting session I had, which Andreea facilitated. I can't remember what was going through my heart and mind when I had this session, what the problem was that I wanted solving. Sometimes I just forget the problem after it has been "solved".  So in this session, I found myself as a man, a very smart guy, and very helpful guy. I/he was very focused on helping his fellow man to be happy, even during the most mundane and/or strenuous tasks. He looks at the workers and describes their "humanness" as something that inspires him. I wonder, who was he, to have to look outside of himself to observe human needs? Was he not human? and if he was not, who was he?  Which brings to my mind the question, does a human body make us human? Is that all it takes? I know that there are souls here from many many different places, other than this place we know as Gaia. And somehow, we/they can just take form here on Earth, and hide in plain site, even though we are not ...

I was a chief, a tribe leader, somewhere in the land that some, but not I, called America. I spoke to the elements, the birds and all of nature, and they spoke back, helping me to make decisions to lead my people. This was normal, and I was particularly skilled at it. I could read both people and the sky just as easily.  One day I took a group of men running down a hill side, as I had sensed something strange coming. We stopped just out of sight of some people below, careful not to be seen as we peered down at them.  They were very odd. The weather was warm, but they were covered in clothing from head to toe, whereas I was wearing only a small skin to cover my genitals. They came with a few covered wagons, clearly intending to travel a long distance, probably trying to get to somewhere they had never been. Today I had a Hypnotic Dream Lab session with my friend Andreea. We are working on ideas for our new business and are using hypnosis (which happens to be the business) to find answers about how to do it the very best way that we can.  What came through in a session was surprising, (as usual!) as it was neither my past life nor another life that had a great metaphor for how to to approach our work. Rather, it was a non physical extra terrestrial who crash landed in Mexico many years ago, who wants to go home, and was given the opportunity to tell his story through me.  I wasn't feeling emotional while telling the story, but Andreea felt really bad for the guy! The good news is that just the act of me telling his story was a beacon, as if I were speaking through a huge megaphone, to his buddies on his home planet. A couple of months ago my daughter left Vancouver to move to the Kootenays. She lives much closer to me now, which I am very happy about. The day after she arrived here, we had a chance to do a QHHT session. I was a bit nervous because sometimes it's harder to get the people closest to us to open up enough to have a great session, but that was not the case this time!  She has generously allowed me to share her past life from the session, and so I have transcribed it here. It shows the life of a wealthy soldier with a desire to help the common folk, but whose good intentions lead him to take a regretful action.  His (her) reflections on his surroundings and his life in general show the inner workings and emotions of an otherwise stoic man.
