Have you ever wondered what you do between physical incarnations? Well, I am very curious about such things, and luckily, with my QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) work, I sometimes have the opportunity to find out.   While the client is in a relaxed trance state, I will have them explore a past life, right up until their death in that life. Afterwards, I will sometimes ask where they go next. Often a person will hop into another lifetime, and off we go with that, but occasionally they will get a glimpse of what happens after the death and before they are born again into another body.   Recently, a QHHT client was exploring a very difficult life, where she was a man living in the middle ages, who carried many heavy rocks, ate very poorly and generally lived a life of servitude. His most exciting day was when he was chosen to be part of a hunt, with a group of people that would bang in the bushes in order to frighten out the wildlife. He himself was not allowed to hunt ...

A couple of months ago my daughter left Vancouver to move to the Kootenays. She lives much closer to me now, which I am very happy about. The day after she arrived here, we had a chance to do a QHHT session. I was a bit nervous because sometimes it's harder to get the people closest to us to open up enough to have a great session, but that was not the case this time!  She has generously allowed me to share her past life from the session, and so I have transcribed it here. It shows the life of a wealthy soldier with a desire to help the common folk, but whose good intentions lead him to take a regretful action.  His (her) reflections on his surroundings and his life in general show the inner workings and emotions of an otherwise stoic man. I had a wonderful QHHT session with a client who is incarnated on Earth for the first time. There is an in depth exploration of this in Dolores Cannon’s “The New Earth and the Three Waves of Volunteers”, which was the first book of hers that I read, and which I loved and really resonated with. Not that I am a first timer here on Earth, but definitely a Volunteer. I felt very honoured to have this session.   When she speaks about her reason for coming to Earth, it almost brings me to tears. I also especially love the part about saying no to something/someone that doesn’t resonate with us, and how it relates to growth. At the end she talks about healing ancestral timelines using quantum physics. Very inspiring.
