Letting go of judgement of another person, a situation or yourself, frees up a lot of energy that you can use in other ways. It creates space for you to encounter new perspectives. Letting go of something that’s not working as you would like it to, creates space for something that will flow easily. Practicing neutrality or a “don’t know mind” when you’re trying hard to figure something out, gives you a moment to breathe and to allow things to sort themselves out while you humbly step aside.  You will know. You know it already. When the noise dies down, when the chatter from within dies down, you’ll hear what is there, always, flowing. Without a capitol letter to mark the beginning or a period to proclaim the end, there is something that flows eternal and real and unlike anything you’ve ever seen on a screen.  Shhh.  

 Back in the fall, when I was still early in my practice QHHT sessions, I had an interesting session with a client who found herself in a past life on a planet that was pink and gold. I was so curious about all the details, I wanted to know everything. What is the ground like? What does the fruit look like? What kind of special knowledge did you have?  Other than satisfying my curiosity (which of course is not the most important part!), the session showed the client a very peaceful life where she played an important role in maintaining this peace for her village.  Having had many challenges in her current life, the session seemed to put these challenges into the context of personal growth. While it can be wonderful to have ease, peace and harmony for your whole life, as a soul, she saw that she would need challenges to grow.  This past life session segment is quite long, but I managed to transcribe the whole thing. I am a healing helper. When I work with the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, I am holding space for clients to heal themselves. When a person is ready to take responsibility for their own healing, to connect to their personal power over their own healing process, I am there to support the process of that unfolding.   When we access the higher vibrational parts of ourselves, it is easier to understand what is causing an ailment and to release and heal it. This comes from taking the time to go deep and to look within. Since most of us were never taught how to access this knowledge, it sometimes becomes necessary to ask for the help of a support person to guide us to our own deeper wisdom. Even when all of the inner work is done on the client’s part, having another person there as an anchor, witness and assistant to our healing makes the process so much easier. A couple of months ago my daughter left Vancouver to move to the Kootenays. She lives much closer to me now, which I am very happy about. The day after she arrived here, we had a chance to do a QHHT session. I was a bit nervous because sometimes it's harder to get the people closest to us to open up enough to have a great session, but that was not the case this time!  She has generously allowed me to share her past life from the session, and so I have transcribed it here. It shows the life of a wealthy soldier with a desire to help the common folk, but whose good intentions lead him to take a regretful action.  His (her) reflections on his surroundings and his life in general show the inner workings and emotions of an otherwise stoic man.
