 Back in the fall, when I was still early in my practice QHHT sessions, I had an interesting session with a client who found herself in a past life on a planet that was pink and gold. I was so curious about all the details, I wanted to know everything. What is the ground like? What does the fruit look like? What kind of special knowledge did you have?  Other than satisfying my curiosity (which of course is not the most important part!), the session showed the client a very peaceful life where she played an important role in maintaining this peace for her village.  Having had many challenges in her current life, the session seemed to put these challenges into the context of personal growth. I am a healing helper. When I work with the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, I am holding space for clients to heal themselves. When a person is ready to take responsibility for their own healing, to connect to their personal power over their own healing process, I am there to support the process of that unfolding.   When we access the higher vibrational parts of ourselves, it is easier to understand what is causing an ailment and to release and heal it. This comes from taking the time to go deep and to look within. Since most of us were never taught how to access this knowledge, it sometimes becomes necessary to ask for the help of a support person to guide us to our own deeper wisdom. Even when all of the inner work is done on the client’s part, having another person there as an anchor, witness and assistant to our healing makes the process so much easier.
